Requesting a test upgrade

  1. Go to your database manager

  2. Click on your profile icon and select My Databases.

  3. Click on the action settings icon next to your main database and select the Upgrade option.

  4. In the pop-up message that will appear, select Test Upgrade.

  5. This triggers the automated upgrade process. A confirmation email is then sent to you with the the link to the upgraded database or to provide information if the upgrade failed.
